Position: Security Supervisor / Team Leader

As a Security Supervisor / Team Leader at C Plus Security, you are responsible for leading security officers on site and making sure every contract is delivered to a consistently high standard. You will be the main point of contact between the client, frontline guards, and our management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and quick resolution of any issues.
In this role, you will brief and allocate staff, check appearance and readiness, and carry out regular inspections and audits to confirm that assignment instructions, health and safety requirements, and site procedures are being followed. You will prepare duty schedules and reports, manage incident responses, and provide guidance and mentoring to new or less experienced officers.

Requirements:
Valid SIA Licence
Experience in supervision
Excellent communication skills
Reliable & flexible
Pay Rate: £13.50 – £16.00 per hour
