Position: Security Operations Manager

As a Security Operations Manager at C Plus Security, you will lead and coordinate security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery nationwide. You will work closely with clients, site supervisors, and control room teams to make sure every contract runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with UK security regulations.
In this senior role, you will oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and recruitment, making sure each site is staffed with suitably trained and vetted officers. You will carry out regular site visits and audits, review performance against KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
You will also act as the main point of contact for escalated incidents, leading investigations, producing reports, and putting in place corrective actions where needed. Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior security management or operations role
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of UK security regulations and compliance standards
Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Salary:
£35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
