C Plus Security supplies experienced, SIA-licensed door staff to bars, clubs, private events, corporate functions, and festivals nationwide. Our Door Supervisors help to prevent incidents before they occur by managing queues, monitoring behavior, and maintaining a visible, approachable presence throughout the event or trading hours.

In this role, you will check IDs, manage entry and re-entry, conduct respectful searches where required, and monitor customer behavior inside and outside the venue. You will be expected to handle conflict calmly, use de-escalation techniques, and work closely with venue management and other team members to keep everyone safe.

This position is ideal for people with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and in control under pressure.
