Position: Dog Handler / K9 Security Officer
Location: UK-Wide
As a Dog Handler / K9 Security Officer with C Plus Security, you work in partnership with a highly trained security dog to protect people, property, and assets across the UK. Your visible presence with a K9 acts as a powerful deterrent to trespassers, thieves, and anti-social behaviour on sites such as construction projects, industrial estates, logistics hubs, and events.
C Plus Security provides nationwide security and staffing services, and our K9 teams are a key part of delivering a proactive, responsive security solution for our clients. Working closely with site security officers and control room teams, you will help to locate intruders, search large areas quickly, and respond safely to potential threats.
In this role, you will carry out regular patrols with your dog, monitor for suspicious activity, and follow clear escalation procedures whenever an incident occurs. You will also be responsible for the ongoing care, welfare, and training of your K9 partner, ensuring they remain healthy, obedient, and ready for duty at all times.
