Working as part of our nationwide security and staffing team, you will manage reception desks, lobby areas, and concierge points for a variety of corporate and high-end sites. Our clients rely on Reception / Concierge Security Officers to deliver a high standard of customer service alongside consistent access control and visitor management.

In this role, you will welcome and assist visitors, manage sign-in procedures, issue passes, and coordinate with building management on deliveries, contractors, and bookings. You may also monitor CCTV, handle basic enquiries in person and by phone or email, and escalate any security or safety concerns to supervisors or the control room.
