Our Control Room Operators play a key role in keeping clients informed, supporting on-the-ground officers, and ensuring that all activity is accurately logged and escalated when needed.
In this role, you will receive and prioritise calls, dispatch mobile patrols, track officer movements, and update incident records using our digital systems. You will also liaise with clients, supervisors, and emergency services where required, always following established procedures to maintain safety and service quality.
