Position: Security Officer / Security Guard

As a Security Officer / Security Guard at C Plus Security, you provide a visible, reassuring presence that helps keep people, property, and assets safe across a wide range of sites in the UK. From offices and residential blocks to construction, industrial, and event environments, you play a key role in preventing incidents and responding quickly when something does happen.
Working as part of our nationwide security and staffing team, you will carry out regular patrols, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and support clients with day-to-day security tasks. Our officers are trusted to follow assignment instructions precisely, maintain accurate logs, and represent the C Plus Security brand with professionalism on every shift.
In this role, you will check doors, gates, and windows, control entry and exit for staff, visitors, and vehicles, and respond to alarms or reported issues on site. You will also complete incident and daily occurrence reports, liaise with control room operators and site contacts, and escalate emergencies to supervisors or the emergency services when required.
This position is ideal for reliable, observant individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working days, nights, and weekends. Requirements:
Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor License
Strong communication & observation skills
Professional appearance & punctuality
Ability to work nights & weekends
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour
