Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with client accounts

• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and performance reviews

• Supervise workforce planning, scheduling, and recruitment processes

• Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and operational issues

• Ensure full compliance with SIA regulations and BS7858 vetting standards

• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and contract performance

• Implement continuous improvement strategies for service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior security management or operations role

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills

• In-depth knowledge of UK security regulations and compliance standards

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)

• Excellent communication and client management abilities

Salary:

£35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
